Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Sun Graphic Technologies website, products, and services. By accessing our website, placing an order, requesting a quote, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as any additional policies, guidelines, or restrictions posted on our website.

Sun Graphic Technologies reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms & Conditions.

We may provide notices, disclosures, and other communications electronically through our website or by email using the contact information you provide.

General Terms

All transactions conducted through our website, by email, or by telephone are subject to the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Sun Graphic Technologies shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to equipment failures, natural disasters, labor disputes, transportation interruptions, acts of government, war, terrorism, civil unrest, embargoes, or other events.

All website content, designs, tools, graphics, text, and related materials are the property of Sun Graphic Technologies or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Submission of an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Orders & Pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance by Sun Graphic Technologies.

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

• Correct pricing, typographical, or website errors

• Adjust pricing due to changes in specifications, quantities, materials, or production requirements

• Request additional information before accepting an order

Quotes are valid only for the period specified and are subject to change thereafter.

Customer Artwork & Intellectual Property

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use all artwork, logos, trademarks, copyrights, images, and other materials submitted for production.

By submitting artwork, the customer represents and warrants that they possess all necessary rights and permissions for reproduction.

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sun Graphic Technologies from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or legal expenses arising from alleged infringement of intellectual property rights or violations of privacy or publicity rights.

Proof Approval

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs prior to approval.

Approval of a proof constitutes acceptance of all content, including spelling, grammar, layout, dimensions, colors, quantities, and specifications. Sun Graphic Technologies is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer during the proofing process.

Returns & Claims

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

Claims for defects, shortages, or production errors must be submitted in writing within five (5) business days of receipt of the order.

If a claim is determined to be valid, Sun Graphic Technologies may, at its discretion:

• Reprint the order

• Repair the product

• Issue a partial or full credit

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.

Products that have been altered, installed, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for replacement or credit.

Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the terms specified on the invoice.

If payment is not received when due, Sun Graphic Technologies reserves the right to suspend production, shipments, future orders, or services until the account is brought current.

Past-due balances may be subject to finance charges at the maximum rate permitted by applicable law.

The customer agrees to pay all reasonable collection costs, legal fees, court costs, and expenses incurred in collecting overdue amounts.

Limited Warranty

Sun Graphic Technologies warrants that products will be manufactured substantially in accordance with approved specifications.

Except as expressly stated herein, all products and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Our sole obligation and the customer's exclusive remedy shall be limited to repair, replacement, or credit of the defective product, at our discretion.

Shipping & Delivery

All shipments are made F.O.B. Wheeling, Illinois.

Shipping dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Sun Graphic Technologies is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, supply chain disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery of the order to the carrier.

Any claims for loss or damage during shipment must be made directly with the carrier.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sun Graphic Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from the use of our products or services.

In no event shall Sun Graphic Technologies' total liability exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be canceled only with the written approval of Sun Graphic Technologies.

Once production has begun, artwork has been prepared, materials have been ordered, or products have shipped, cancellation charges may apply.

Custom products, printed materials, and completed orders are non-refundable except in cases where Sun Graphic Technologies determines that a manufacturing defect or production error has occurred.
